Beautycubs is located in Sydney, Australia. 

Due to sanitary and health reasons, lashes are not eligible for refund or exchange. For any unforeseen circumstances please send us an email at beautycubs@gmail.com.

Our lashes are designed under a strict quality supervision and inspection system to ensure each lash is safe and healthy for sensitive eyes. Beautycubs lashes are handmade from real mink so to be safer for you. Due to mink lashes being lighter weight than synthetic materials, they are a healthier alternative to fake mink strip lashes or lash extensions. Our lashes put less stress on your lash as well as help protect your eyes from excess moisture. Mink also lasts longer than synthetic materials, meaning you can re-use your lashes around 20 times. This makes Beautycubs safer, healthier and more comfortable than other fake strip lashes on the market, as well as eyelash extensions, all while being cruelty free. 

Beautycubs does not currently stock lash glue and does not come with the mink lashes. We personally use Duo Lash adhesive. 

We understand mistakes happen and want to be as helpful as possible! If you make any errors such as ordering the wrong item, quantity or incorrect address please message us IMMEDIATELY through email (beautycubs@gmail.com) or instagram DM (@beautycubscosmetics) so that we can correct it. Please understand that if you do not contact us immediately we may be unable to assist you. Once your order has been processed, Beautycubs is not responsible for any incorrect information provided by the customer.
